Jordan Pokoje Gościnne

The moment that I was greeted by Veronica, my stay in Jordan Pokoje Gościnne was without a doubt perfect. The room was very comfortable, I liked especially the choice to open the window which opened during the day allowed fresh air and an electric fan was essential at night. The breakfast ticked all the boxes. Jordan Pokoje Gościnne has someone on reception 24/7 which is both comforting and secure. A very big thank you to Greg, he always greeted me with a smile and helped me with the krakow sightseeing tour. I have to mention Veronica for her daily friendliness and the packed lunch was brilliant. The ideal location from the main square was perfect if time was short. Hotel was very well located close to the Old Town, several tram lines run close by and it is close to the main railway station. Reception staff were exceptional, very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and served in a really nice quaint dining room. Room was basic but clean and perfectly adequate for a holiday stay. The hotel has a nice public area where you can have a drink/coffee and relax. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this hotel is not for you however if you want a nice well located, comfortable and friendly place to stay you will not find better. We would stay here again.

Big nice room and bathroom. The continental breakfast offers a great variety of food. I'd suggest to add croissants and maybe a little bit more choice of cakes for those people who are not used to having salty breakfast. And it would be fantastic to have espresso or cappuccino, since the Hotel has its own bar. The only choice is between black coffee or tea.

The guesthouse is not far located from Rynek Glowny, the typical and animated city centre of Krakow. At the ground floor there's a nice bar while at the basement floor there's a library where the staff serve a very good breakfast. The room was sunny and cooled by air conditioning system.

Great value for money, great location, breakfast was good . Staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.
